Chemical cleaning of process equipment such as process piping is one of Eunisell’s core areas of expertise.
Process piping refers to the interconnected system of pipes or tubes that transport fluids withing and throughout a process facility. A process piping system may be simple and limited in scope, or they may be extensive and intricate depending on the application.
In crude oil production and processing facilities where crude is coproduced with water, sand, salts and other debris, chemical cleaning of the piping system is very imperative due to gradual deposition and buildup of solids and oily residues around the internal walls of the pipes and other processing equipment with time.
This may lead to fouling; scale build up and eventually damage to equipment. Eunisell’s specialty Roemex product, PIPECLEAN, is an effective surfactant blend for cleaning and mobilization of solids and oily residues.
